👶 What ages is this best for?

 

Our space is best suited for children ages 1–7.

 

👨‍👩‍👧 Do parents need to stay?

Yes. All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

 

Twin Monkey Sand Club is not a drop-off facility.

⏱️ How long can we stay?

​

• Open Play is 90 minutes, and you have the option to extend your stay

• During busy periods, we may implement time limits to ensure all families can enjoy the space.

👥 Is there a capacity limit?

​

Yes. To maintain a comfortable and safe experience, we limit the number of children in the space.  If we reach capacity, we may offer a waitlist or ask guests to return at a later time.

 

💰 What does it cost?

 

$23 for our 90-minute Open Play Session, which includes 1 child and 1 adult.

🧾 Do I need a waiver?

Yes. A signed waiver is required for all children and adults prior to entry.

 

You can complete this online or at check-in.

 

👣 What should we wear?

​

• Children will play barefoot in the sand area

• Socks or shoes are permitted in designated non-sand areas

• Comfortable play clothes are recommended

🚫 What are the main rules?

 

To keep everyone safe and the space clean:

• No throwing sand

• No food or drinks in the sand area

• No outside toys

• Walk safely—no rough play

• Follow staff instructions at all times

🧼 Is the sand clean?

 

Yes. Our sand is:

 

• Regularly cleaned and maintained

• Monitored for safety and hygiene

• Kept in a controlled indoor environment

We take cleanliness seriously to ensure a safe experience for all guests.

 

🥤 Can we bring food or drinks?

• No food or drinks are allowed in the sand play area

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.  For your convenience we have a variety of food and beverage options.

Yes! Twin Monkey Sand Club is a perfect place to celebrate.

Yes! We encourage capturing memories, but please be mindful of other guests and respect their privacy.
